An international law firm are looking for a Pricing Manager to join the team. This is a newly created role, where you will be at the forefront of their commercial strategy, working closely with senior leadership, firm partners and cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored fee arrangements that both align with client needs and business goals. Based in the city of London, on a hybrid basis, this is a pivotal role and will need an excellent communicator and business partner, with extensive experience of building out pricing scenarios and financial models whilst staying on top of industry pricing trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage innovative pricing models for new and existing clients.
  • Partner with executive leadership and client-facing teams to develop forward-thinking pricing proposals.
  • Build and analyse pricing scenarios to assess financial impact, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Service Line teams to ensure cohesive pricing strategies.
  • Conduct industry benchmarking and pricing research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Subject matter expert in pricing, educating partners and senior leadership around key initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience in pricing, commercial strategy, and financial modelling within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Ideally 4 years minimum in a pricing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
