Our client is a global instantly recognisable business searching for a UK Corporate Tax Manager on a part-time basis in London.

This newly created Part-Time Tax Manager role which will see you play a pivotal role in the Finance & Accounting team. You will report to the Group Accounting Manager and take ownership of the tax processes with the support of the external advisors.

A few of your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the preparation and submission of all UK corporate tax returns, including computations, disclosures and supporting documentation
  • Managing VAT, PAYE and other indirect tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely filing
  • Acting as the primary contact for HMRC, managing queries, audits and correspondence
  • Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS
  • Coordinating with external auditors
  • Maintaining and improving internal controls across tax and reporting processes
  • Providing tax advice on business initiatives, new business openings and commercial projects
  • Supporting cashflow forecasting and tax‑related balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing Advertising Fund budgets, reforecasts and management accounts, partnering with the Marketing team to manage income and expenditure.

Ideally, you will be CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified with UK corporate tax compliance and tax accounting experience. Exposure to VAT compliance would also be advantageous but not essential.

Unfortunately, this role will not offer visa sponsorship and is only open to UK residents.

In return, you will receive a salary of £80,000-85,000 full-time equivalent plus 15% bonus and a host of benefits. This is a 3-day part-time working position with 2 office days in central London.
