Overview: Senior Tax Manager interim tax job on the fringes of London, requires a UK focused experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager. Twelve month in duration, the interim Senior Tax Manager will report to the Head of Tax and will manage the UK and Ireland corporate tax compliance cycle which includes preparing tax provisions and disclosures. Additional tax duties include maintaining the local transfer pricing documentation and overseeing the VAT return process. From the management of the tax processes, there will be staff management duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the UK and Ireland corporate tax compliance cycle, including preparing tax provisions and disclosures.
- Maintain local transfer pricing documentation.
- Oversee the VAT return process.
- Staff management duties related to the tax function.
Qualifications:
- UK corporate tax experience.
- Experience with VAT management.
- General interest in other taxes for a corporate.
- Immediately available or soon to be available, able to commit to the 12-month duration.
Working arrangement: Hybrid working is on offer, with 3 days per week based in their Surrey office with on site car parking and local facilities.
