As the organisation prepares to go live with OneStream later this year, we are seeking an OneStream Systems Lead to play a pivotal role in the rollout and ongoing optimisation of the platform across the group. This is a key position within the Managed Services function, responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from Oracle EPM and establishing a robust, scalable OneStream environment for the future.
You will partner closely with finance, technology, and implementation partners to support deployment activities, embed best‑practice processes, and provide expert guidance as the business adopts OneStream for consolidation, planning, reporting, and workflow management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day support and administration of the new OneStream platform as it moves through go‑live and early adoption.
- Support the group‑wide rollout, including configuration, testing, documentation, training, and user enablement.
- Work with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective OneStream solutions across consolidation, planning, reporting, and workflow processes.
- Oversee metadata, hierarchies, security models, and workflow configurations within OneStream.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage service tickets, and ensure timely resolution within the managed services framework.
- Provide continuity of support for legacy Oracle EPM applications during the transition period (FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, HFM, Essbase, etc.).
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation, enhancements, and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform post‑go‑live.
Hands‑on experience with OneStream (build, configuration, administration, or support). Strong understanding of finance processes including consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Experience supporting finance systems in a managed services, BAU support, or systems administration environment. Ability to analyse issues, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate solutions clearly to finance and technical stakeholders.
