The Role
As an Assistant Manager in the Real Estate Tax team, you’ll be part of a collaborative group advising a diverse client base including:
- Institutional investors
- REITs
- Public sector bodies
You’ll work across all major real estate asset classes- commercial, logistics, student housing, retail, and hospitality on high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions ranging from £60m to over £1bn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality tax structuring, compliance, and due diligence services
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across tax and real estate teams
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposals
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
What You’ll Need
