The teams and the wider firm in general excel at their technical expertise, and this will be a focus when considering additional members for the cohort. The firm is open to considering experienced Managers or Assistant Managers looking to step up so long as they possess strong technical knowledge and experience with clients in this sector.

Responsibilities:

– Take ownership of a portfolio of clients stretching across Social Housing, Charities, Education, and other related non-profit organisations

– Act as a key point of client contact, and begin to develop skills tailored towards pursuing new business within the sector

– Manage and oversee the entirety of the Audit process, delegating where needed and reviewing work in adherence with the high standards expected of the team and wider firm

– Stay abreast of updated technical material and developments within the sector

Requirements:

– ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent

– Demonstrable experience servicing clients within the Social Housing sector

– Deep-rooted interest in the Not for Profit space and a genuine desire to work with these clients

– Experience managing an Audit team in a UK Practice environment
