The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, deliver high-quality tax advisory services, and build long-term relationships with business owners and stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategies and providing expert guidance on complex tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a broad portfolio of client engagements, including privately owned and private equity-backed businesses.
  • Deliver expert tax advisory services on UK and international tax matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver complex projects and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law and legislation, maintaining expert technical knowledge.

Candidate Profile

  • ACA and/or CTA qualified (or international equivalent).
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK tax and exposure to international tax issues.
  • Experience advising privately owned businesses, family offices, and private equity portfolio companies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including technical reports and memos.
