Senior Manager β Financial Reporting & Business Partnering
On behalf of our Big 4 client , we are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join a high-performing finance team, supporting clients across financial reporting, management accounting, and commercial finance activities.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client portfolio, including undertaking finance leadership and specialist secondment assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of statutory and financial reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP, and other applicable standards.
- Deliver high-quality management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and performance reporting.
- Support finance transformation, process improvement, and reporting enhancement initiatives.
- Undertake client secondments, providing interim support to finance teams during periods of growth, change, or resource need.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Lead and develop engagement teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified accountant.
- Significant post-qualification experience in professional services and/or industry finance roles.
- Strong technical financial reporting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Proven experience in management accounting and business partnering.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build credibility with senior client stakeholders.
