A leading global professional services firm is seeking an experienced US Tax Advisor to join its established in-house finance team, supporting complex US tax compliance requirements for non‐US entities and individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, high‐performing international tax function, with exposure to cross‐border matters and global stakeholders.
The Role
- Managing US tax compliance obligations and supporting global tax processes, including:
- Preparing and supporting US federal and state tax filings for partnerships and individuals
- Producing detailed tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Managing partner‐related tax matters, including profit allocations and tax reserves
- Filing partnership returns, K‐1s, and associated US tax documentation
- Reviewing and analysing quarterly US tax prepayments and state‐level obligations
- Maintaining and reconciling tax ledgers and financial records
- Supporting global tax compliance activities and liaising with international stakeholders
- Coordinating administrative processes such as ITIN applications and IRS documentation
- Working closely with finance teams on balance sheet reconciliations and tax reporting
- Contributing to broader tax projects, including transfer pricing and withholding tax matters
About You
- Experience in US federal and state tax compliance (individuals and/or partnerships)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations
- Progress toward, or interest in pursuing, a professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CTA, CPA or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across global teams
Desirable
- Experience within a professional services or partnership environment
- Exposure to corporate or personal tax
