I am delighted to have been instructed on this newly created role to join a business that has recently undertaken a major milestone event, meaning it is a really exciting time to join them.
The existing team currently works with a mixed portfolio of clients, the majority of whom have a handful of complex assignee arrangements; however, it is looking to grow further and attract larger engagements in the future. The role would suit an individual who enjoys working with midmarket clients.
You will be responsible for client delivery (mostly advisory as the compliance is already being handled well by the team), training less experienced team members and working with the Partner to capitalise on business development opportunities.
This is a London based role with hybrid working on offer. Networking, meeting clients and attending events will be part of your role, so this must be something you enjoy.
The firm has ambitious plans to grow, aiming to triple its revenue in the coming years and with no Director above you currently, there is ample opportunity to progress. Individuals at Manager level looking for a step up to Senior Manager will be considered as well as those who are already at Senior Manager role.
Roles like this are rare to find, so if you are looking for a new challenge and want to take on a role where you can make a real impact, this could be the ideal one for you.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However, we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
