This newly created position offers the opportunity to build treasury capability from the ground up, taking ownership of funding facilities, liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships and treasury governance. Key ResponsibilitiesLead covenant monitoring and lender compliance activitiesManage bank relationships, facilities and reporting obligationsDevelop and enhance short and long-term cash forecastingOversee group liquidity, cash management and depositsImplement treasury policies, controls and governance frameworksSupport future refinancing, facility amendments and strategic funding activitiesPartner with senior stakeholders across finance, tax and executive leadershipIdeal BackgroundACT qualified (AMCT/MCT) or qualified accountant with significant treasury experienceStrong experience managing leveraged or syndicated debt facilitiesExpertise in liquidity management and cash forecastingKnowledge of treasury controls, banking operations and payment securityAbility to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholdersExperience within professional services, consulting, private equity-backed or partnership structures advantageousWhy Consider This Opportunity?
