Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end client implementations from onboarding through to go-live
- Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and key milestones
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Analyse treasury and finance processes across cash, liquidity, forecasting, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation
- Design future-state processes balancing efficiency, controls, and usability
- Support deployment of automated workflows and AI-driven solutions
- Define where processes can be automated and where oversight is required
- Help clients understand how systems and tools interact across their finance ecosystem
- Work alongside technical teams to support integrations with ERP systems, banks, and other platforms
