One of our clients, a global consultancy, is seeking an Associate Director to join its Transaction Tax practice. The firm provides audit, tax and advisory services, supporting clients with strategic insight, deep technical expertise and a collaborative approach. With a strong UK presence and an international network across 150 markets, the firm offers an ambitious and inclusive environment where people can shape their careers and influence the future of the industry.
The team we are working with delivers tax advisory, transaction support and compliance services to major financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, insurers, private equity and alternative funds, and fintech businesses. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, providing UK and international tax advice across complex structures, transactions and compliance matters.
The successful candidate will advise on transactions typically ranging from £5m to £500m, working closely with key stakeholders, including founders and business owners. This direct engagement provides a uniquely rewarding aspect of the role, allowing you to build trusted relationships and play a meaningful part in helping clients achieve significant milestones for their businesses.
