We're partnering with a market-leading Deal Advisory Tax team that advises corporates, private equity, infrastructure and real estate investors on some of the UK's most high-profile transactions. This is an opportunity to work on acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, refinancings and international transactions ranging from 10m to multi-billion-pound deals, while developing your profile in a collaborative and highly successful team. The OpportunityYou'll work closely with Partners and Directors, providing strategic tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle and helping clients maximise value from their investments. Preparing and reviewing technical advice on UK and international tax matters. Analysing tax risks and opportunities and presenting commercial recommendations to clients. Building strong relationships with clients, legal advisers and internal stakeholders. Leading project delivery across multiple workstreams and jurisdictions. Coaching and developing junior team members. Collaborating with specialists across the UK and global network. Strong UK corporate tax experience, ideally gained within practice or a transactions environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset. Experience leading projects and managing multiple deadlines. A genuine interest in M&A, private equity and transaction-related advisory work. Exposure to private equity, infrastructure, real estate and FTSE-listed clients. Clear progression opportunities within a growing team. Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
