Our client is a rapidly growing Real Estate business looking to grow the team with a key hire. As the Tax Accounting Manager, you will report to the Head of Tax & Financial Control and work alongside 3 other tax professionals in the London office. This senior position will see you collaborate and build relationships globally across the group.

A few of your responsibilities include:

  • Own and deliver group tax provisions (current & deferred) across IFRS & US GAAP ensuring accurate ETR reporting, reconciliations, and consistency across entities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on deferred tax and book‐tax adjustments, managing cross‐GAAP differences and producing clear bridge analyses.
  • Lead tax accounting controls, audit processes, and stakeholder engagement, with additional focus on REIT-specific tax considerations and supporting group reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

To be considered for this position, you should be ACCA or ACA qualified with tax accounting and provisioning experience within a global business or top 10 accounting firm. The Head of Tax is looking for someone who is proactive, willing to take the lead on projects, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build relationships.

This opportunity will pay £90,000-£110,000 depending on experience plus a discretionary bonus, and a host of benefits. The team are in the office 5 days per week.
