A growing real estate firm in London is looking to hire a newly qualified accountant to join its finance team. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the business and its large portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates making their first move out of practice, with a strong grounding in audit and financial reporting.

What you will be doing:

  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Review and analyse financial statements across multiple entities
  • Assist with consolidations and reporting packs for senior management
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation
  • Liaise with external auditors and support year-end audit processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal controls

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA newly qualified or equivalent)
  • Strong audit background (ideally trained in a leading accounting firm environment)
  • Solid technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS (US GAAP exposure a plus)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
