Are you an experienced treasury professional looking for a role that combines operational excellence with strategic impact? We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst (Middle Office) to join a global treasury team and take ownership of bank account administration and external treasury documentation across multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to work on best‐class treasury processes, contribute to governance improvements, and drive technology‐enabled change. The role offers both BAU responsibilities and project work, with scope to influence future treasury strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the global bank account master list and ensure accurate reporting into the Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Manage external treasury documentation, including mandates, KYC, pooling structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with banks and internal stakeholders to streamline account opening/closing processes and optimize cash management structures.
  • Lead projects to improve bank account audit processes, documentation workflows, and leverage technology for efficiency.
  • Line management responsibility for one analyst, with opportunities to expand remit over time.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in corporate treasury, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, bank account management, and documentation processes across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with KYC, mandates, and pooling structures; experience with TMS platforms and Excel.
  • Exposure to bond issuance (performance bonds) is desirable but not essential—this is an area you can learn and grow into.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, implement process improvements, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • AMCT or other treasury qualifications.
  • Experience with treasury technology deployment and process automation.
