M&A Tax and International Tax Senior Manager required for this interim M&A tax and international tax focused job in London. Joining the international tax function of this FTSE in-house tax team, the M&A Tax and International Tax Specialist will operate at a very experienced Tax Manager, or at a Senior Tax Manager level, and will support the Senior Tax Manager in the tax obligations on transactions and international operations.
The M&A activity will involve supporting on transactions currently in process, whilst also supporting on legal entity simplifications. More broadly, the international tax support will be on capital structures, financing and cash repatriation.
Hybrid working is on offer with 3 days per week to be worked in the central London office, and the remainder of the week can be worked from home. Commencing in January, the 18 months duration of the role will see you through to the summer of.
To be considered for this role, it is essential to have international tax advisory experience and to demonstrate experience of providing tax advice on M&A activities. Commitment to the duration of the role is required, and this position is only eligible for tax professionals living in the UK.
