Our client is seeking an International Tax Reporting Manager to join its tax team on a remote basis.
This role is reporting to the Senior International Tax Manager, this position offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key international tax reporting processes while playing a leading role in tax technology, systems implementation and process transformation initiatives.
This is a highly visible position that will work closely with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions, external advisers and senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will support the Group's tax reporting obligations, including Country-by-Country Reporting, Pillar Two compliance and tax accounting, while driving improvements in reporting systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include
- Support the ongoing implementation, testing and enhancement of Pillar Two reporting solutions, while driving process improvements and developing more efficient reporting frameworks.
- Prepare and coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting obligations and work with local advisers on public Cb CR filings in relevant jurisdictions.
- Analyse jurisdictional tax positions for Pillar Two and transitional Cb CR safe harbour purposes.
- Support the planning and execution of the international tax reporting cycle, including testing reporting templates and coordinating the collection of data from global stakeholders.
- Review tax provisioning calculations for international entities and liaise with local finance teams to ensure tax positions are accurately reflected in financial reporting.
- Act as a key point of contact for local finance teams, providing guidance on tax reporting requirements and explaining complex technical issues to non-tax stakeholders.
- Assist with group-level tax reporting adjustments, including deferred tax, uncertain tax positions and other IFRS tax accounting matters.
- Support the external audit process by responding to tax-related queries and coordinating information requests.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal controls, tax governance processes, reporting manuals and training materials.
Ideally, you are ACA, CTA, or ACCA qualified with Big 4/Top 10 or in-house corporate tax experience and tax reporting (IFRS) exposure.
Excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate and liaise with key stakeholders are essential.

This is a remote working position offering up to £95,000 base plus 10% discretionary bonus and a host of benefits.
