International Tax Director interim tax job requires an experienced International Tax Director or M&A tax specialist, or someone at a Senior Tax Manager level, for this interim M&A and international tax job. Reporting to the Head of Tax and managing one Tax Manager, the International Tax & M&A Director will focus on:
- M&A (particularly on several live deals);
- legal entity reduction (an ongoing project);
- providing UK and international tax technical support on group reorganisations;
- transfer pricing.
Hybrid working is on offer with a minimum of 1 day per week to be based in the head office. To be considered for this role you will have an international tax background which has involved M&A activity and advising on reorganisation projects. You will be available to start this role in February and commit to the 6 months duration. Having previous experience from a listed organisation is an advantage.
