My client – A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join its high‑performing in-house tax function, reporting directly to Head of International Tax. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex international tax matters while working closely with senior stakeholders of the firm across a global network.
The Role
- India Tax Compliance: Managing statutory filings, liaising with advisors, supporting audits, and advising the business on developments in Indian tax law.
- Permanent Establishment (PE) Risk Management: Assessing global PE exposure, providing risk‑mitigation guidance, and supporting business initiatives with cross‑border activity.
- Withholding Tax (WHT): Coordinating tax clearance applications, obtaining certificates of residence, and managing WHT queries from internal teams and clients.
- Middle East Tax Compliance: Supporting local teams across corporate tax, VAT and WHT obligations.
Additionally, you will contribute to broader firm‑wide compliance areas, including VAT support and adherence to Corporate Criminal Offence legislation.
About You
- Strong experience across Corporate Tax, VAT and WHT compliance and advisory.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA.
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and confidence working with large data sets (advanced Excel skills).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑tax stakeholders.
