Head of Tax interim tax job in London requires an experienced Head of Tax for this immediate start interim Head of Tax job.
Reporting directly to the CFO and managing and mentoring the Tax Manager, the interim Head of Tax will join the company to implement tax strategies that have been signed off and to work on the sale of a large part of the business. Key focus areas of the role are:
- To mentor the Tax Manager into taking the overall tax lead of the business.
- To provide tax advice on the disposal of a large subsidiary.
- Manage the HMRC business risk review.
- Integrate the entities of a newly acquired business.
- Support on the outsourcing of international tax compliance.
- Partner with the business.
- Run and maintain the Group's transfer pricing policy.
The successful applicant will have operated at a Head of Tax level previously and will have a breadth of tax experience across corporate tax, VAT, employment taxes and transfer pricing, along with compliance and reporting oversight and hands on M&A work.
The company have a 4 days in the office policy with 1 day worked from home, and their offices are served by excellent transport links with "door step" amenities.
In this role, you will enjoy applying your wealth of tax technical and commercial experience along with people management skills.
