- Significant experience within billing, finance operations, order-to-cash or service-to-cash environments.
- A strong understanding of billing governance, controls, compliance and operational best practice.
- Experience leading global process improvement, transformation or standardisation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple geographies.
- Experience working closely with finance systems and technology teams to deliver process and system enhancements.
- SAP experience, ideally gained within a complex international environment.
- The ability to balance strategic process design with practical operational execution.
- Experience managing or leading small specialist teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation and governance capabilities.
- A proactive, pragmatic approach with a natural ability to drive change and bring people on the journey.
