This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in equity incentives and share plans, gained within consultancy, legal environments, or large global corporates. Individuals with strong expatriate tax technical experience, looking for a new challenge will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver equity incentive and share plan solutions for clients across a broad range of industries.
- Keep up to date with technical, functional, and market developments and share insights across the team.
- Support business development activities, including proposal input and client presentations.
- Lead complex, high‐profile consulting projects, ensuring both technical excellence and pragmatic commercial advice.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen trusted client relationships.
- Spot opportunities to deepen client engagements and contribute to account growth.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues on engagements.
- Structure and oversee projects and programmes to ensure delivery exceeds expectations.
- Significant experience in equity incentives / share plans within consultancy, legal, or corporate environments or experience in strong UK expatriate tax technical experience gained in a professional services environment.
- Strong personal impact, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven business development experience - identifying, developing, and converting opportunities.
- Strong project management capability and a track record of delivering high‐quality output.
- Adaptable, tech‐curious mindset with openness to change.
- Credible, professional, and confident in providing deep technical expertise.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, including data‐driven insights and practical solutions.
- Focused on delivery excellence, ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations.
- Ability to overcome challenges and keep work moving forward.
- Experience delegating to and developing junior team members.
