This is a chance to work on major, high-profile M&A transactions, including multi-billion-pound deals, alongside some of the most experienced deal professionals in the market.

You may already have good corporate tax, transaction tax or M&A experience, but want to take the next step into a Big 4 Deals environment, where the scale, complexity and profile of transactions are significantly larger.
You'll gain exposure to: Major UK and international M&A transactionsMulti-billion-pound deals and high-profile transactionsPrivate equity, large corporate and international clientsTax due diligence and structuring workComplex technical issues arising throughout the deal lifecycleWorking alongside wider Deals specialists on fast-moving transactionsYou don't need to come from another Big 4 firmThe team is open to looking at candidates from mid-tier and Top 10/Top 20 firms, and this could be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make the jump into Big 4.You could currently be working in Corporate Tax, Deals Tax, Transaction Tax, M&A Tax or a related advisory team. You don't necessarily need to have spent your entire career in Deals if you have the right technical foundations and a genuine interest in transactions.
The opportunity can be considered at either Assistant Manager or Manager level, depending on experience.
