We are seeking an ambitious and analytically strong Assistant Manager to join an International Tax Advisory practice within a Big 4 firm. This is a % advisory-focused role working on high‑profile, complex cross-border tax issues, Pillar Two advisory, international restructuring, and transaction-related tax projects for multinational clients.

What You Will Do
- Advise clients on cross-border tax matters, inbound/outbound structures, and international tax planning.
- Support the design and implementation of Pillar Two strategies, modelling and impact assessments.
- Work on group restructuring projects, including holding company optimisation, supply chain realignment, and IP migrations.
- Advise on tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
- Produce high-quality technical analysis and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Manage elements of client relationships and help drive new business opportunities.
- Coach junior team members and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in corporate tax (compliance or mixed), ideally within a professional services environment.
- A strong desire to transition fully into advisory-focused work.
