We’re looking for an Associate Director to join a consulting team, partnering with major banks and capital markets institutions to deliver large‑scale finance transformation. You’ll lead complex transformation programmes, shape enterprise‑wide planning solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior finance and operations leaders. Alongside delivery, you’ll play a key role in market development & capability building.
What you’ll lead:
- Finance Transformation Delivery: Architect and oversee end‑to‑end programmes across planning, forecasting, profitability, regulatory modelling, and strategic performance frameworks.
- Connected Planning: Design integrated planning models across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and business operations.
- Advanced Analytics: Build and guide modelling approaches for profitability, behavioural analysis, and NII forecasting.
- Regulatory & Resilience Planning: Enhance processes supporting ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, and operational resilience.
- Strategic Performance Management: Define KPIs, scorecards, and frameworks that link strategy to execution.
- Client Leadership: Advise senior stakeholders (CFO, COO, CTO, Heads of FP&A) on market trends and best practice.
- Practice Growth: Support business development, proposals, and thought leadership.
Essential experience:
- Proven track record delivering and selling finance transformation programmes within a consulting environment.
- Deep expertise in the Banking & Capital Markets sector.
- Hands‑on experience designing and implementing modern EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM, OneStream, SAP, Adaptive Planning etc).
- Strong background in FP&A or finance business partnering within a financial institution.
- Experience leading large, complex transformation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with credibility at senior levels.
