An exciting opportunity for a finance-led systems professional to take ownership of OneStream and play a key role in improving the systems, data and processes that underpin Group Finance
This isn't a deeply technical OneStream development role. We're looking for someone who combines a strong understanding of accounting, consolidation and financial reporting with a natural interest in systems, data and process improvement.
As Lead Systems Accountant, you'll become the key point of contact for OneStream across Finance, ensuring the platform supports accurate and efficient consolidation, reporting and month-end processes.
What you’ll be doing
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of OneStream
- Supporting Group consolidation, month-end and financial reporting
- Performing validation checks and ensuring the integrity of financial data
- Reviewing existing finance processes and identifying opportunities to streamline, automate and improve
- Challenging existing ways of working and helping Finance make better use of technology
- Supporting reporting, data mapping and integrations across the finance systems landscape
- Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and Technology
- Contributing to the longer-term finance systems roadmap and transformation agenda
What we’re looking for
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience of OneStream
- Good understanding of financial consolidation and Group reporting
- Experience working with finance systems, financial data and month-end processes
- Ability to understand both the finance requirement and the systems solution
- Confident communicating with and challenging stakeholders
