A new opportunity exists for an International Tax Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role offers a diverse mix of international tax advisory, M&A and Transfer Pricing work within a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support on the international tax aspects of acquisition integrations, disposals or group reorganisations
  • Participate in the group’s global legal entity simplification programme
  • Provide tax support for the group’s cash repatriation strategy
  • Managing the WHT and indirect tax profile and implement opportunities
  • Tax optimisation of Group structure
  • Effective tax cash and tax rate optimisation
  • Transfer pricing project work

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing
  • Exposure to M&A, restructuring and cross‑border projects
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver end‑to‑end solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging with global stakeholders
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment

The newly refurbished offices are based in Central London (easily accessible via public transport) and a hybrid working arrangement (ideally 3 days per week in the office) is on offer.
