Job Description
One of our clients – A Well-known professional services firm is looking for a self-starting and ambitious International Tax Manager to join their ever-growing team. You'll provide expert corporate tax compliance, advisory, and accounting services to a wide range of clients across various sectors, including FTSE companies, AIM listed companies, and private equity-backed businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on corporate planning and restructuring projects, both in the UK and internationally.
- Proactively manage your workload and communicate regularly with senior managers/directors/partners to serve clients effectively.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified ACA/ CTA/ ADIT or legal qualification
- Strong understanding of corporate tax for clients in the UK and internationally.
- Experience in providing corporate tax advisory and/ or complianc services to diverse clients.
- Ability to deliver commercially viable and technically excellent advice, collaborating with specialists from other tax teams and overseas offices.
