Job Description Head of Financial Operations We’re looking for a Head of Financial Operations to join our clients senior finance team and lead global billing and collections operations. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you’ll help shape and embed best-in-class finance operations practices while building and mentoring high-performing teams. You’ll report directly to the CFO and play a critical part in unlocking value through improved lockup and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop global billing and collections teams to deliver timely, high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. Drive reduction in aged lockup through process excellence and stakeholder engagement. Partner closely with legal and finance teams to deliver seamless client billing experiences.
