Group Tax Assistant Manager job is looking for a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or an experienced Tax Accountant who is immediately available or soon to be available, for this interim year-end tax accounting job in Guildford.
Supporting the tax function in the year-end process, the Group Tax Assistant Manager will join in February for a minimum period of 4 months and support on the tax accounting consolidation process which will involve the review of tax packs, analysing the relevant tax calculations and the substantial use of Excel.
Although the crux of the position is on the year-end tax accounting duties, additional work will involve support on M&A projects and transfer pricing. By being mainly office based (3-4 days per week) means a lot of interaction and support is provided from the tax team on this role.
To be considered for this position you will have tax accounting for year-end and statutory accounting processes along with a qualification in ACA, ACCA, CTA or the equivalent. You will be available to start in February and able to commit to the duration through to early summer 2026.
