An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified ACA/ACCA to join a FTSE-100 international group working across Group Reporting, Financial Systems and Finance Transformation.

This role offers the chance to become a key member of the Group Finance team, supporting the ongoing development of the Group's consolidation and reporting platform while helping to drive improvements across external reporting and financial close processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the operation and continuous improvement of the Group consolidation and reporting system.
  • Work closely with external system providers to test, challenge and implement system enhancements.
  • Participate in UAT testing, process redesign and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of consolidated group reporting.
  • Support the production of statutory financial information and annual reporting requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve consolidation, reporting and data quality issues across the Group.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology and external consultants to improve automation and reporting efficiency.
  • Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements.

About You

  • Experience within a Big 4, Top 10 or large corporate finance environment.
  • Exposure to consolidated financial reporting and multinational group structures.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
  • Experience using or supporting consolidation/reporting systems would be advantageous (Tagetik, OneStream, HFM, Oracle FCCS, Cognos Controller or similar).
  • Interest in finance systems, testing, process improvement and transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
