FP&A Lead – Global Process Owner
Location: near Maidenhead (hybrid working model)
We’re partnering with a large, international listed business to appoint an FP&A Global Process Owner, a key strategic hire responsible for leading and optimising the Group’s financial planning and performance management processes.
This is a high-impact, senior-level role with responsibility for driving consistency, automation and best practice across all business units and regions.
The Opportunity
As Global Process Owner, you will:
- Define and govern global FP&A process standards, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategy and compliance framework
- Lead the continuous improvement of financial planning, analysis and reporting processes
- Partner with regional finance teams, Group FP&A, Tech and Shared Services to embed scalable, efficient ways of working
- Own and deliver transformation projects related to FP&A systems and tools
- Monitor performance through defined KPIs and ensure robust financial control across processes
- Lead change management efforts and foster a culture of process excellence
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for an experienced finance transformation leader who can operate at a strategic and operational level. You’ll have:
- A strong background in finance or accounting, ideally degree-qualified
- Significant experience leading FP&A processes in a global or complex business
- Proven track record of delivering finance transformation and systems implementation projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
- A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience as a GPO is advantageous, but not essential
