Brewer Morris are proud to be partnering with a global bank, renowned for its strong market presence, diversified business model, and continued investment in strategic finance capabilities. With operations spanning multiple geographies, the bank is focused on enhancing its analytics, forecasting, and decision-making infrastructure to support sustained growth and performance.

We are supporting the build-out of their Group FP&A Modelling Centre of Excellence, hiring a VP-level individual who will play a key role in shaping how the Group plans, forecasts, and analyses performance. This is a highly strategic position, focused on developing advanced modelling frameworks, improving insight generation, and enabling senior leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced financial models to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision-making
  • Design scalable modelling frameworks that enhance consistency, transparency, and agility across the Group
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex outputs into clear, actionable insights
  • Drive improvements across FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
  • Support the assessment of investment opportunities, financial risks, and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed best-in-class modelling, data, and analytics capabilities
