We're partnering with a leading consultancy looking to hire an experienced Finance Transformation Lead to support their clients on large-scale EPM transformation programmes.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has built their career within a finance function and has been involved in finance transformation or EPM initiatives. We're particularly interested in those from FP&A, Group Finance, Consolidation, Financial Control or Finance Change backgrounds who are looking to leverage their expertise in a client-facing consulting
What you'll be doing
- Advising CFOs and senior finance stakeholders on transformation strategy
- Leading finance transformation and EPM workstreams
- Shaping target operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Improving planning, forecasting, reporting and consolidation processes
- Bridging the gap between finance, technology and business stakeholders
- Supporting clients through complex change programmes
What we're looking for
- Background in FP&A, Group Finance, Financial Control, Consolidation or Finance Transformation
- Experience participating in or leading finance transformation programmes
- Exposure to EPM platforms such as OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle, SAP SAC, Tagetik and so on
- Strong understanding of finance processes and operating models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Desire to work in a consulting environment and advise clients on business-led transformation
This is not a technical implementation position. The consultancy is looking for someone who can speak the language of finance leaders, bring credibility from real-world experience, and help clients define the future of their finance function.
