We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst with experience in Oracle EPM or OneStream to join a Managed Services function. This role is central to their transformation programme as they migrate from Oracle EPM to OneStream. You will work closely with finance, technology, and external partners to support day‑to‑day operations while contributing to the design, build, and optimisation of our future OneStream environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support across existing Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, HFM, Essbase, etc.) during the transition period.
- Support the OneStream migration programme, including testing, configuration, documentation, and user enablement.
- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of EPM platforms across consolidation, planning, reporting, and workflow processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage service tickets, and ensure timely resolution within the managed services framework.
- Maintain metadata, hierarchies, security models, and workflow configurations across EPM systems.
- Experience with Oracle EPM (FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, HFM, Essbase, or similar) or hands‑on experience with OneStream.
- Strong understanding of finance processes such as consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience supporting finance systems in a managed services, BAU support, or systems administration environment.
- Ability to analyse issues, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate solutions clearly.
- Comfortable working with metadata, hierarchies, security, workflows, and data integrations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with finance teams.
