Finance Director - Investment (Permanent)

Group Finance Director (London-Based | Global Scope) We\’re seeking a Group Finance Director to lead our clients global financial reporting and consolidation function. This is a senior leadership role based in London, with oversight of central finance teams and local accounting functions across Europe and North America. The successful candidate will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, ensuring IFRS compliance, and supporting strategic transformation projects across the group. Lead global financial reporting, consolidations, and external audit across a multi-entity, multi-currency structure. Oversee the preparation of consolidated IFRS financial statements and monthly management reporting. Act as the primary liaison for auditors and ensure compliance with evolving IFRS and regulatory requirements. Drive financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standardisation. Support finance transformation, including automation and system optimisation projects. Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal on group-wide financial planning and strategic initiatives. Proven experience leading financial control and reporting in a global, multi-entity environment. Experience with ERP systems (SAP desirable) and consolidation tools. Strategic thinker with the ability to connect operational insight to financial performance. Some international travel required.
