A leading professional services firm is looking to hire a Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join it's fast-growing and dynamic team in the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mobility tax professional who is keen to step into a leadership role, working with a diverse international client base while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
What you'll be doing:
Managing a varied portfolio of clients β from large multinationals to growing businesses with global footprints
Advising on complex global mobility tax matters, including: tax residence and cross-border moves; tax equalisation and policy design, and remote working and commuting arrangements
Leading client engagements and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery
Building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Reviewing work, coaching, and developing junior team members
Staying ahead of legislative changes and advising clients accordingly
To succeed, you will need:
Strong experience in UK global mobility tax
Experience dealing with financial services clients would be advantageous but is not a deal breaker
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex projects
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Experience working collaboratively across teams and geographies
Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
Strong analytical skills, with an interest in leveraging technology and data
