Are you passionate about treasury technology and process optimisation? I am looking for a Treasury Systems Analyst to join the Group Treasury team in Central London. This is a full‑time, permanent role offering hybrid working (2–3 days onsite per week).
You will be responsible for managing our global Treasury Management System (TMS), online banking administration, banking connectivity, and supporting system testing for cash pooling projects and integrations. You will work closely with the Treasury Transformation team and contribute to key projects across the group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage global online banking systems and TMS, ensuring data integrity and resolving errors.
- Administer user access rights across regions with regular reviews.
- Drive initiatives to centralise banking processes into a global TMS with SWIFT bureau connectivity.
- Implement new TMS functionality and integrate with ERP/GL systems.
- Support cash pooling projects, including end‑to‑end testing and CAMT053 statement mock‑ups.
- Collaborate on banking connectivity for Open Banking, APIs, and digital asset tokenisation.
- Monitor dashboards for connectivity issues and act as point of contact for static data and payment queries.
- Liaise with internal IT and external banking partners globally to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Treasury function within Financial Services or Insurance.
- Hands‑on experience with Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT MT/MX messaging.
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to deliver accurate, time‑sensitive reporting.
- Knowledge of financial controls and reconciliations.
