Brewer Morris are looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the finance team of a leading fashion retail group. This is a key role responsible for managing and optimising cashflow across the group, ensuring liquidity and supporting growth across UK and international markets.
Reporting to the Group Finance Operations Manager, you’ll lead treasury operations, oversee cash flow forecasting, and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the Group Treasury Team.
- Oversee and report on cash flow forecasting with detailed commentary.
- Develop and implement cash management strategies to maintain liquidity.
- Ensure accurate posting of journal entries across 30 multi-currency bank accounts.
- Monitor foreign currency balances and initiate intercompany payments.
- Review compliance with loan covenants and prepare risk reports.
- Manage relationships with banks and negotiate favourable terms.
- Drive process improvements and automation projects in treasury operations.
- Experience in a busy treasury operation with multi-currency bank accounts.
- Strong experience managing leveraged debt and bank relationships.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a treasury team.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in systems/process improvement.
- Knowledge of treasury management systems and online banking platforms.
- Experience implementing cash flow forecasting models and automation projects.
