We’re on the lookout for a Finance Systems Manager to join an internationally known advertising agency and a recognised leader in its space. They are looking for someone who thrives at working across finance, technology, and data. This is a strategic role where you’ll design smarter processes, build scalable systems, and ensure finance operations keep pace with rapid growth.
What you’ll do:
- Define and deliver the roadmap for finance systems, aligning with business priorities.
- Lead integrations and system enhancements, collaborating with developers to automate workflows and improve reporting.
- Maintain and develop dashboards that give stakeholders clear, actionable insights.
- Document processes and data flows to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.
- Support invoicing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Identify inefficiencies and design sustainable solutions that strengthen controls and data integrity.
- Partner across finance, engineering, and operations teams to translate financial needs into technical solutions.
- Coach and guide system users, encouraging best practices and adoption.
What we’re looking for:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven Finance Systems implementation experience (end to end) & preferably NetSuite or other ERP technology.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience in invoicing/billing operations.
- Bonus: background in SaaS, media, or digital advertising.
