As an Employment Tax Senior Manager, you’ll lead delivery on challenging engagements, mentor others, and help drive innovative solutions that make a real difference for clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver employment tax compliance and advisory services across a range of sectors.
- Manage complex consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical solutions.
- Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Stay ahead of technical developments and share expertise with colleagues.
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration within the team.
About You
- Significant experience in employment tax within consultancy, legal, or large corporate environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of key employment tax issues, including:
- Expenses & Benefits (PSAs, P11Ds)
- Employment Status (IR35)
- Payroll (PAYE, RTI, audits)
- Termination Payments, CIS, NMW
- HMRC audits and disclosures
