A leading international law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded London-based tax practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a tax lawyer looking to work on some of the market’s most complex and high-profile transactions, advising a diverse range of corporates, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and investment funds on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters. The team is recognised for its involvement in significant M&A transactions, financings, restructurings and fund-related work, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of technically challenging and commercially driven tax issues.

About You
- 4+ years’ PQE in corporate tax

- Experience advising on M&A, finance and cross-border transactions

- The ability to manage matters and client relationships with increasing autonomy
- A collaborative approach and desire to work within a high-performing international team
