Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
Location: London (Hybrid working available)

Role Purpose
As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will support the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of business clients. You’ll work closely with Managers, Directors, and Partners, contributing to client work, team development, and ad hoc advisory projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Work
- Assist in managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, including compliance and advisory matters.
- Support in preparing complex tax computations and reviewing junior staff work.
- Deliver high-quality client service and maintain regular communication with client teams.
- Stay up to date with technical developments and industry changes.
Staff Development
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior team members.
- Participate in performance reviews and contribute to staff development initiatives.
Compliance
- Ensure work aligns with HMRC and professional body guidance.
- Support the team in meeting departmental KPIs around billing and recovery.
Practice Development
- Identify opportunities for cross-referrals and contribute to marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing proposals and fee quotes for new work.
Qualifications & Experience
- ACA/ACCA/CA and/or CTA qualified (or working towards).
- Experience in corporate tax gained in practice or industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office.
