This is a broad and highly visible role which combines strategic finance leadership, business partnering and operational oversight. Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to support strategic decision making and drive financial performance
- Deliver insightful financial analysis, reporting and forecasting to support growth initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Monitor business performance, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Develop and enhance KPI reporting and performance management frameworks
- Support investment decisions through robust financial analysis and business case evaluation
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems and controls
- Ensure strong financial governance, compliance and risk management across the business
- Build effective relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders across multiple locations
- Support strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and commercial opportunities
- Contribute to acquisition, integration and investment-related activities where required
- Coach, develop and mentor finance talent across the organisation
- Deputise for senior finance leadership colleagues when required
