I'm working with a large international business that's building its treasury function following a recent carve-out.
This isn't a role where you'll walk into a finished treasury set-up.
You'll be joining a newly established team, reporting directly to the Head of Treasury and initially taking ownership across cash management, forecasting, FX and intercompany funding.
From there, the opportunity gets increasingly interesting. The business operates across c.40 entities and 25 currencies, has significant multi-currency financing in place and is approaching the selection and implementation of a new TMS.
They're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' corporate treasury experience
- Strong cash, liquidity, forecasting and FX experience
- Intercompany funding / loan administration exposure
- Experience in a complex international business
- AMCT / ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- The ability to work effectively in a manual, evolving environment
TMS implementation, cash pooling, debt and PE-backed/carve-out experience would all be useful, but aren't prerequisites.
The key is mindset. They want somebody ambitious who enjoys improving things, is comfortable with ambiguity and wants the breadth to progress towards senior treasury leadership over time.
