I’m currently partnering with a leading international law firm looking to hire an Associate into its highly regarded Tax Controversy team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a top-tier practice specialising in corporate tax disputes, working on some of the most complex and high-value matters in the market.
The Role
- You will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious tax matters, including:
- Complex HMRC investigations and enquiries
- High-value tax litigation, often with a cross-border element
- Advising multinational corporates, financial institutions and funds
- Supporting corporate and finance teams on the contentious aspects of transactions and structuring

The Team

Candidate profile
- 0–2 years’ PQE (some flex here but including NQs)
- Experience or strong interest in tax disputes, litigation or investigations
