A high-growth, PE-backed international infrastructure platform is seeking an Assistant Treasurer to support the build-out of its Group Treasury function. Operating across multiple European markets, the business is scaling rapidly and developing a significant pipeline of renewable energy and infrastructure assets. This is a senior, high-impact role reporting directly to the Group Treasurer, with clear scope to operate as a number two and help shape treasury strategy and operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead management of project finance and secured debt facilities, including compliance and lender engagement
  • Support new financings, refinancings and amendments across the portfolio
  • Own and develop trade finance and surety bond programmes
  • Lead execution of hedging strategies (interest rate and FX), including ISDA documentation
  • Manage the group insurance programme end-to-end
  • Support treasury operations, liquidity management and banking relationships
  • Contribute to treasury policy, governance and strategic development

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience in treasury, project finance or structured finance within infrastructure, energy or a capital-intensive sector
  • Strong track record managing debt facilities and lender relationships
  • Hands-on experience with derivatives (IR/FX) and ISDA agreements
  • Experience across trade finance and/or surety bonds
  • Strong financial modelling capability
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
