We’re looking for a Duty Manager to support the management team at BrewDog Southampton on a 16-hour contract. As Duty Manager, you’ll support the GM and Assistant Manager in running shifts and leading from the floor. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of service, standards and team support. This role can develop further over time depending on business needs and performance.
You’ll:
- Lead shifts and take responsibility for the floor
- Support, coach and guide crew members
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Handle end‑of‑night procedures and cashing up
- Step up confidently during busy services
About You: You’ll already have some supervisory experience in hospitality and be comfortable leading a team during service or you will have considerable experience as a team member and be ready to step up.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has end‑of‑night cash handling experience
- Leads by example and sets standards
- Is confident, calm and organised under pressure
- Goes the extra mile for guests
- A passion for craft beer is a bonus, but the right attitude and drive matter more.
